Can padel, tennis, football and the pool share one page?
Yes. Each is its own space with its own hours and prices, all on one booking page, and you see the whole club in one calendar.
Can players choose the exact court?
Yes, on a map of your club that we draw for you. Without a map, the first free court is assigned.
Can they book by the half hour?
Yes, the half hour is the smallest step: if you sell by the half hour, a 90-minute match is booked as exactly that.
By the court or by the person?
You choose, price by price: a court costs the same whoever plays, a pool pass is per swimmer.
Can the pool sell day passes with a cap?
Yes. Set how many places it holds each day and sell them one by one, per person, with extras like loungers or towels. It never sells one more than it has.
What about members who come every week?
They can keep an account with their bookings in one place. Offers and discount codes reach those who asked for them, and a standing offer can reward coming back, such as a free hour after ten bookings.
Some bookings need my approval first.
Mark them so: a pitch for a month, a room for an event. The request holds the slot until you accept or decline it, so nobody else can take it meanwhile.
Do players pay online or at the club?
Your choice, for each kind of booking: online when they book, in full or as a deposit, into your own Stripe account, or in person at the club.
Open matches, levels, leagues, tournaments?
Not those. We take care of booking and paying for your facilities; matches, levels, leagues and tournaments carry on as you run them today.
What does it cost?
€75 a month, 5 spaces included, then €5 for each additional space. Each court or pitch is a space; a pool or a class sold by places counts as one. IVA included, no commission on bookings and no minimum term.
Can I see it working first?
Yes. Our demo club has named courts on a map, a pool selling day passes and bookings waiting for approval. Book as a player, then open its back office.
